Based on one experience. Great check in, I always speak some Spanish but the staff spoke English well. The room and hotel itself is dated, the walls of the room are pretty thin as we could hear people talking and “Activities”, and the rooms are basic in nature.
We stayed for only one night as we had an early flight, and wanted to wake up later as the drive is under 10 minutes vs 30 minutes if coming from central Madrid. The hotel served its purpose well.
Check out was a breeze and the taxi was ordered as requested noting the night before at check in my request was written in a log which immediately made me relax as they had a system to assure the taxis com as requested. Very happy with that.
Worth it if you want to get up later and have a short trip to the airport.

Clean room, helpful and courteous staff. Transit to the centre of Madrid one block away. It was a short walk to a small mall with some nice stores and some goods eats.
