“This hotel is beautiful. The staff was amazing, especially Denise and Leslie. Denise was super helpful booking the excursions and made sure to check in with the company to make sure I made it safely to them and back to the hotel safely. She took her time to carefully explain each tour and made a way to get me the tours I was most interested in. Leslie is like a ball of energy, he gave suggestion on place to check out in Belize. I could literally sit at the bar with him all day. Overall the staff……

“Great stay! We even extended our stay. Clean place, kind staff and a great location!”

Despite having informed us multiple times that breakfast was included in our stay (at check-in, and throughout), they proceeded to charge us at check-out knowing we would have little time to contest it before our flight. Finally they agreed to check CCTV / voice recording history but eventually never contacted us again. We reached out again via their website but again radio silence. Watch out for this trap”

“Located right in the town.. Close proximity to many restaurants and party spots. Cheffy is the host and he is very helpful. He recommended spots for me to visit and was very attentive whenever he was needed. You can also drive to Secret Beach from here and its about 40mins by golf cart but I recommend the drive because its very scenic and you get to see the island.. I'd definitely recommend here for the price and the location and knowing you can get assistance from Cheffy.”

“Aruna Resort & Villas is a beautiful place to stay if you’re visiting San Pedro. Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating and cater to your every wish from the front office of Rose and Suzy, to the wait staff and boat captains. We never waited more than 10 minutes for the boat to come and pick us up to take us to San Pedro or back to the resort. The resort is beautifully landscaped. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the views are wonderful. Truly a vacation to remember. ”

“We had an AMAZING stay at Caye Casa. First and foremost, the facilities are great. The rooms are large and clean, and the property is well maintained. Additionally, the location is great. That being said, what really made our trip is how kind and helpful the staff are. We had a few things go wrong on our trip, and Jake and his staff did everything in their power to help us out. Even if the property was a hole in a ditch, I would stay there again for them! They are truly exceptional. If you……

“This hotel is old and needs updated. Nothing like the pictures in the photo . No elevators and stairs are not manageable especially after a long day of walking around the island. You have to ask for everything including towels. The rooms are dark and cold. No view except to a dirty yard space between buildings. If you are just using it to sleep then this is the hotel for you. It does not feeling like a vacation room on the cayes. Not worth the cost. Very disappointed will never stay here again.……

“Just got home from a week at Ocean Tide! It was an amazing trip. It is in a prime location, a very short golf cart away from literally everything. Also has 2 cafes very very close which was easy breakfast and lunch options. All the staff we met there were friendly. They even have the sweetest hotel cat! The manager also booked our flights back to Belize City for us which was so helpful and one less thing for us to worry about. Safety was never a concern, we noticed security on site overnight,……
