“Clean room, no staff available, no elevator ”

“Smaller than the pictures look. But nice area to see lots of green space. Pool is a fair size and clean. Our Room was small but others might be bigger. Very nice staff. ”

“It is in the heart of Old San Juan. Hard to find a place so convenient to walk in the city. Only thing bothering me is it is so hard to parking in holiday season. I didn't find anywhere as parking lots nearby are closed ”

“Patrick was a gracious and helpful host. Easy entry to property with keypad at front door and at our room. My husband, son and I booked a room with bunk bed which also had a private terrace. Great neighborhood with tons of walkable, excellent restaurants and Walgreens a few blocks away. Property has clean towels to bring to the beautiful beach which was a 4-5 block walk. We will stay again!”

“When we checked in we had to call to get someone to check us in. They were prompt to arrive. During our stay there was never anyone at the front desk and all communication had to be online. One of the features advertised was a restaurant and was one of our deciding factors when booking but was never open during our stay. Even when we asked for a restaurant recommendation they referred us to the closed restaurant. This should be removed from their offerings. A room refresh is only available upon……

“Beautiful suite, great location between the beach and OSJ! We used our room to sleep and that’s it. I found the chaise couch super uncomfortable to relax on and couldn’t watch tv while in bed. But otherwise, the room was nice. We didn’t really utilize the amenities like the jacuzzi, laundry or kitchen but it was nice to have close by. The noise from neighboring La Placita was a little loud but wouldn’t stop us from staying there again!”

“It was our first time in Puerto Rico, and this is truly the best location. It’s quiet, with great restaurants and things to do all within walking distance. The beach is less than a five minute walk away. Yuli and Virgen were incredibly kind and made our stay feel so welcoming. Everything was always spotless, they’re amazing! They even provide sunscreen and sunblock. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel!”
