The Hotel Valencia Riverwalk truly impressed me from every point of contact throughout my stay. The entire hotel exhibited cleanliness that met my high expectations. The staff was beyond accommodating. I could go on and on about the great things in the room, but you will have to see for yourself. I don’t plan to stay anywhere else when I come back to San Antonio. "The entire weekend fr Friday until checkout time was excellent. Amazing service from Front desk for extra blankets. Jock was at the checkout desk he went outside to grab a cab for us and even loaded our luggage!!!! Excellent customer service, we will return again next Christmas shopping season. The"
