“The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. But the location is not in city centre, we have to travel through uber each time for about 15mins, but it is easy to call uber so doesnt really bothered. They got thick blanket so it's warm and cozy in bed, but since the room is……

“We had a wonderful stay at El Balcón del Sol. The 3-bedroom apartment was clean and much more spacious than we expected. Having a full kitchen and a large living room equipped with everything we needed made it feel like home. The host was very accommodating, checking in to ensure we had everything we needed, and the WiFi was very reliable. After long days of trekking, being able to cook a meal and relax in the hot tub was the ultimate luxury. It was the perfect place to recharge.”

“早餐55sol 自助餐，很差没什么好吃的，就是现做的鸡蛋饼还可以。前台服务态度一般，酒店位置高，如果有高山反应的话更加厉害。打优步一般五、六元就可以到要去的地方，打车去火车站31sol去马丘比丘。酒店内也没羊骆可以拍照。”

No sé si tuvo que ver el que nos dieran una habitación en la sección más nueva del hotel, pero en ningún momento me pareció que la calle fuese ruidosa. El personal es excepcionalmente amable. “I arrived @Cozy Room during my first visit there and learned my booking had gone into the hotel's spam mail. Subsequently, there was no booking for me and no available rooms. However, Cozy Room immediately made it right-within 15 minutes they Ubered me, at their expense, to another hotel not too far away. I was heading to Machu Picchu the next morning so I left my luggage at the new hotel to hold until my return. Upon my return, Cozy Room had picked up my luggage and they were waiting for me……

“The hotel is in the historic centre of Cusco, not far from the main attractions in the old town. The room is cosy and comfortable. However, there is some problem with the hot water supply as it goes out very fast.”

“The hotel is very close to the plaza de armas yet a very quiet place. The staff are very friendly and helpful which they helped us to prepare breakfast box for our very early check out. The buffet breakfast is nice too and they provide freshly cooked eggs up to your likings. Coca tea by coca leaves is provided for the whole day to help you to deal with altitude sickness and oxygen bottle also provided for free if needed. Excellent and unforgettable stay.”
