The employees are very nice you need to check in at the hotel and they will give you your key. We got early and they hold our luggage. “We had the perfect 2-night stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding and staff kept the breakfast buffet spread constantly topped up with a large variety of food. It was a delightful surprise when we were upgraded to a room with the Matterhorn view. The only regret was that our stay was too short to try out the pool facility. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Zermatt city centre near the train station.”

“Perfect place for our family of 5. Just a short walk to the Matterhorn Express or 12-15 minute walk to town which was a nice scenic walk. It is uphill to the apartment, but we didn't mind. The kitchen was stocked great and the apartment is spacious, very clean and comfortable. There is a large ski closet on the first floor to store our gear. The owner Chris was super responsive. Definitely recommend!”

"We stayed here for three nights. Our room has a balcony with Matterhorn view. It has a perfect view of the Matterhorn, except that there was a construction undergoing and a crane is on the way between our hotel and the Matterhorn! There are actually lots of cranes in Zermatt. The hotel staff told us that it is like that in summer, and that is out of their control. Apart from that, the hotel is very good, new, clean, spacious and very helpful staff! Highly recommended."
