"Check in to the hotel is efficient. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, even went all out to assist me in booking a last minute driver to Yunmen Mountain. Housekeeping staff are very on the ball to keep the room clean and neat. They even prepared fruits and yoghurt daily for the guests. Hotel even prepare special gifts daily.
Would like to commend one specific housekeeping staff - Yang Mei for going all out in customer service.

"酒店位置比较偏，在城区外的山区，是个度假的好去处，周围环境不错！酒店看着很新，设计也不错。但是服务不敢恭维！
假期出游开的新能源汽车，办入住时前台告诉我，酒店停车场的充电桩有些不好用，让我自己去逐个试试。结果是有3辆车占用了3个，其余的充电桩全都不能充电。没办法，只好第二天去城区找充电站充电。
房间里没有冰箱，凯悦旗下的度假酒店居然是这这样的硬件设施。
