“I paid for the room and was told there would be no other charges. Looking at my bank account an extra 25.00 was taken the first day and 50.00 more the next. When I asked the front desk they told me “yea that’s a deposit” I said no one told me that anything else was gonna be charged to my card. I said when will it come back off my card and the staff could not tell me I understand hotels, charging deposits, however not when I am not being told and not when they cannot tell me when it will come……

“Clean room, very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Hotel is located within the city along the industrial section of the river so not a scenic view but the hotel is great for a road-trip overnight.”

“I would have given 5 stars but when I went to take a shower before my very early morning flight, the shower gel bottle was empty as was the shampoo. There were no bars of soap in the room either. I did not have time to call anyone at the hotel and it was 0400.”
