“Work stay. It was nice”

“Overall it was a fine place to stay. The carpets left my socks pretty dirty but otherwise the room seemed clean. We did have 3 different occasions we found those super fast centipedes in the shower. Also, the air conditioner directly hits the curtains which makes it less effective and loud because the curtain rods hit each other. At one point the smoke detector started beeping so they switched our rooms. The second room smelled very badly of damp so we asked to change again. They moved us again……

“Nicely maintained property that is conveniently located. Staff and facilities were excellent”

“The motel called when I was 1/2 way there to let me know they had to cancel my reservation as they didn't have water.”

“Everyone was very friendly and it was very clean”

“Very convenient to highway for an overnight stay. Walkable to the downtown area.”

“This was our second stay at this property. When we return to CHARLESTO W VA we will stay there again.”

“It was ok for a quick overnight stop. But the rooms are old, not maintained that well and the carpet in the rooms is worn out. We won't be staying here again on our return trip.”

“Property was clean, and the staff was helpful. Breakfast was just okay. My main issue was the room was small and there was not enough light, neither in the room nor the bathroom. Finishes were also of lesser quality like they cut corners to make this a “cheaper” hotel.”
