“Pool was closed. Bed was very hard. Rooms need updated. Breakfast was great”

“The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The AC was controlled by wall thermostat. The bathroom was clean and modern. Unfortunately, housekeeping was lacking. We checked in on a Monday and left Friday. During that time, housekeeping came in once to make the beds and freshen the room. Despite a sign indicating that towels left on the floor would be collected and replaced with fresh, the towels were only replaced once. The young lady at the check-in counter indicated that a new……

“TV didn’t work in first room and the room was dank and smelled like mold. Staff quickly resolved our issues by moving us to a better room, no smell, and working TV. Everyone was very nice!”

“I had a bit of an issue on check-in, however, the staff resolved it quickly. It seemed that my first room, while very nice, and clean, had a door that would not open easily from either side. To the room and open the door and everything was fine. He remarked that he would be getting a hold of maintenance very soon to get the other rooms doors repaired.”
