Welcome to Pincherry Acres, your peaceful Northern Michigan getaway nestled on 55 private acres just minutes from Charlevoix, Boyne City, Walloon Lake, Petoskey, and Bay Harbor. Whether you’re seeking summer lake days, colorful fall hikes, or cozy winter adventures, this modern farmhouse is perfectly located to enjoy the best of every season.

The Space
Completely renovated with modern farmhouse style, this 3-bedroom home sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably. Each bedroom features a queen bed, plus an open loft landing with two twin bunk beds — perfect for kids or extra guests. Two full bathrooms make it ideal for families or couples traveling together.

Outdoor Living
Step outside to your built-in outdoor grill, relax with a picnic overlooking the meadow, or explore the wooded trails that wind through the property. In summer, enjoy nearby Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan beaches. In winter, hit the slopes at Boyne Mountain or Nub’s Nob, both just a short drive away.

ATVs and outdoor recreation are welcome with a signed waiver, and hunting is available with prior permission.

Great renovated farm house! The home was centrally located near Petoskey and Charlevoix. My family and I enjoyed the beautiful patio area and grill. The house was clean and comfortable and allowed plenty of room for our group of six. Look forward to returning to this beautiful property.

Family and I had a great stay. Very quaint and quiet. Check in was easy. The kids loved the bunk beds. They are at the top of the stairs in the hallway so something to consider as you’ll walk past them to get to the other 2 bedrooms upstairs to not wake them up. Loved the outdoors and fire pit. Great central location between Charlevoix and Petoskey. Would stay again!

Clean Country Stay

What a lovely place in a country setting, but not too far from our favorite places. The interior was just as beautiful as it appearred. Our six adults were quite comfortable. Wish we could have stay longer to enjoy the front porch and patio more.

Totally perfect for our family of 5. Spacious and clean. We’re veteran renters and enjoy a clean, organized home. Porch was lovely for morning coffee and the fire pit backyard area was so magical to us. The area is so beautiful with rolling hills and sandwiched between Petoskey and Charlevoix. Memorial Day weekend

Had such a great time at this home. It is centrally located to Petoskey and Charlevoix. The owners were wonderful and very responsive. I hope we can stay here again in the very near future!

Winter in N Michigan

The property and home were fantastic - a great setup for a family of four. We also enjoyed cooking at the property, they had a gas stove which is a bonus for us. Communication was great as well. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot for family ski vacation

The house was clean, spacious, well-stocked, cozy and the beds were super comfortable. Kids loved the bunk bed nook and it was great having our dog able to join us. The outside space was wonderful for walking the dog and we enjoyed the trails into the woods. Location was perfect for visiting Boyne Highlands and Boyne Mountain. We would recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

We love our stays here, and this was no exception. The location is great for skiing in the winter and to access local restaurants. The house is clean and has all the things you need when staying for a long weekend. It was super convenient that the driveway was plowed for us without asking when we stayed during the winter.

Great Family Stay!

We loved staying at Pincherry Acres for our family’s long weekend. The house is clean and had everything we needed for our family. We love the proximity to Petoskey and also to Boyne Mountain and Boyne Highlands for skiing. This was a return trip and we will be back again!

Lovely Farmhouse Stay

This is our second time staying in this lovely farmhouse. This time we got the chance to walk the property. There are paths cut through the fields and woods. What a beautiful walk. The charming farmhouse is perfectly situated between Charlevoix and Petoskey.
