The staff were nice but need more training on customer interaction. They were kids which is understandable but communication (“Hello! How are you?” Instead of: “Valet?”) was lacking. We asked for two things to be adjusted like a tray for the coffeemaker or the electric blinds to be fixed to which they responded but never followed through completely.
They took their smoke breaks in front of the property and the overnight valet was sleeping in the bar which was closed.
I get it but more training would be necessary for a better impression. Overall the property was clean and quiet.
