Staff were nice and helpful. The room smelled as well as the halls. The room was lack luster. Some bug was crawling on the side of the couch. Would not stay again. A place to sleep I guess.

Booked a one night stay and will never book again. Now the staff was okay, no problems there. I stayed in room 424 and after about 1 hour I started seeing roaches in the room. The property was notified and gave me no help. I had to go to the store and get Raid. If you NEED to stay here, I get it. But if you can avoid it, don’t book here.

This property smells so bad on the inside it's hard to walk down the hallway. The 4th floor is absolutely terrible. Don't let the outside appearance fool you. This place is a dump.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel The resident and front desk is what makes that place.for the price. It’s a pretty decent hotel. On the sidenote, it did have roaches, but they were spraying for them while we was there

Really run down. Smelled bad in halls and room. Just stayed the night with son to break up our drive from T.O. to North Carolina

Enjoying Our Stay

Upon arrival Sean was working the desk. He had such a wonderful smile and was very welcoming. He let us see the room before when checked in. He was great. If there is anything we need the staff has been very helpful. We are enjoying our stay.

The property is not insulated properly. The tissue inside the bathroom was moist. There was a hole in the wall. It had roaches, I saw at least three. The comforter was covered in dog hair. I dont own a pet

My feet stuck to the floor in both by the beds and the bathroom. Bed felt dirty to sleep in. Very, very dirty. Would definitely NEVER stay in but arrived very late and just needed to sleep for a few hours on our travel. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Blown away they are called Woodspring Suites!! I chose not to stay at this hotel. One single very thin sheet was the only thing covering the mattress. There was hair in the sink of the kitchenette. The one chair in the space was peeling vinyl beyond belief. It looked like something that would be found on the side of the road.And caked up filth in corners. I wasn’t even there long enough to take pictures!
