“The hot tub faucets leaked and the towel rack in the bathroom was broken, and the room was very dark.”

“It was unkept. No rack to hang dresses, when I asked for one they said they didn't have any. It was pure squalor. I could not bear to stay there we left and found a place that didn't make me want to vomit. The help was mentally not there.”

“During my 4 day stay, we had no power due to unfortunate weather events, however we had no power for the entire 4 days we stayed.This was very unexpected. We had no way to charge any of our devices or use any of the amenities until the day we had to check out. We only had hot water starting on our first full day we stayed. The place really should have a generator in the events of these weather related incidents, we were constantly hot and unable to cool down or really enjoy anything other than a……
