“The room was perfect...bed was comfortable and everything smelled so fresh and clean. The room was not too spacious, but for what we needed it served our stay well. We would definitely stay again if there comes a need to be in that beautiful area it sits in!”

“Clean rooms. Well maintained. No elevator so if you have mobility issues be aware as there is 3 stories”

“Poor hygiene, no change of towels, no shower gel, not enough toilet paper (go to the front desk to ask for it), but the service attitude of the front desk is OK.”

“-Desk chair was broken and wouldn’t stay in an upright position. -Hairdryer kept going on and off presumably from overheating full of dust. -Toilets are kid’s toilets, no kidding, they said it was their #1 complaint. -Toilet seat was so loose it flipped from side to side, probably from people trying to get up from the abnormally low toilet. -Upholstered side chair had the upholstery worn through on one of the side arms. -An entire buffet pan off eggs were burnt one morning. -Parking is……

“Room was clean. Very nice to have housekeepers come in to empty waste baskets and set out clean towels. Plenty of parking spaces.”

“Absolutely beautiful location! Staff were so friendly. Hotel is in need of an update but stay was quiet and clean and you can not beat the location on the lake. Will definitely stay here again.”
