“If i could give 100 stars i would. I was visiting for my son's wedding in the area. So many things to do in an area you are unfamiliar with. And crazy construction to navigate around. The staff was the kindest, most genuine down to earth people you would ever want to meet. Directing me to what's in the area and just friendly support for a crazy mother of the groom. The stay was very enjoyable amongst all the chaos. The only issue i had was i must have had to rekey our hotel key about 15……

“The check-in went smoothly, but we found out the following day that we had not been informed about the policy regarding maid service, and even when we followed the protocol our room remained intended and our towels unreplaced. The new shower leaked and ran across the bathroom floor nearly to the carpet and we had to use our towels to soak up the water to prevent a fall. The room was either frigid or damp. The sheets were too short for the bed. The best part of our experience was the women who……

“Our host was great! Extremely accommodating and helpful. Only drawback was hot water for shower. Because of the type of water heater in the unit and the cold weather, had to dial back the water pressure in the shower to keep hot water flowing. That is something that needs to be addressed for the future. ”
