“Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. ”

“This hotel was a rent by the night / month apartments for down and out drug users. I have never been to a worse hotel. Passed out people out front and filthy front door and check in area. We were told it previously had a meth lab inside. I want our money back. I can’t believe Expedia would have a location like this listed. ”

“We visited Silverdale last year, and loved this hotel so much that we booked again this year and it did not disappoint. Friendly staff, clean room, great amenities, great breakfast selection and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. The extra bonuses such as the Oxford social is an added perk and the hotel being in a central location was essential to our stay in Silverdale. ”

“A fun historical property right in the main port area. The front desk was friendly and had some good recommendations. However, they didn't tell us we got the haunted room until the next day. The ghost was no problem other than banging some windows. Come to think of it, there was a lot of wind that night, so who's to say it was the ghost? One word of warning: there is no elevator, and this is a historical building with 20-foot ceilings. We did get some help with our bags, but something to keep……

“The hot tub wasn’t working and we paid $100 more so our kids could swim and hot tub. Also the shower drain in our room barely worked. So frustrating when we paid more for something nicer and it didn’t feel like it was nicer. ”
