“Cute Peruvian hotel close to town - walkable to a mini market and restaurants. We would stand outside the hotel and flag down a motortaxi if we wanted to go further. They would charge us $5-8 sol ( about $1.75-$2.75 us ) to go into the town square or to the train station . The town square is really cute. The beds were comfy and the worker will give you a heater for your room if you’re cold ( we went in winter) . They stored our roll on bags while we went to Agues Calientes (Machu Picchu)……

“Nice gem in the middle of sacred valley, we stayed at the luxury suite, and they were quite nice for the location and price. Excellent value for money. The hotel is quite isolated from the city and there is pretty much nothing to do around the area. Breakfast was boring, no quality food options and the taste was bland”

“You cannot get more central in terms of location. Right at the end of the street from the train station and only a couple of blocks from the main plaza and the key archeological sites. The balcony rooms overlook the river and the rooms are very spacious. The included breakfast makes for an easy start to your day. The staff was friendly and helpful. “Lilium Valley in Ollantaytambo was perfect for us. Communication with the hosts was excellent during booking and they answered all of our queries. A bonus was off-road parking for our rental car. The hosts were welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. They offered us an early breakfast due to our early start onto the Inca Trail. The accommodation is only a short walk to the main square but was very quiet. We would definitely recommend Lilium Valley.”

“Wonderfully clean hotel! Very close to the airport with about a 10 min taxi. The hotel can arrange your taxi service. We got there about 8pm and food was hard to order. You will need to ask for towels. Either speak good Spanish or have your Google Translate ready”
