Love this property, new and clean. Great staff, only con is weekends get packed and busy so valet takes a long time before your vehicle gets to you. Otherwise great for families with kids. This location is so new DoorDash has so much trouble finding it. Otherwise great stay.

Beautiful hotel and the pools were perfect. The food was very expensive and terrible. We dined at 3 of the restaurants and did not enjoy any of them. Especially for the price. Our A/C in our room would not go below 75 and it too until 9pm for someone to come help. We had 3 kids we were trying to settle. Overall I don’t think it was worth the price.

It was fine, nothing great or wrong. rooms were very basic for such a price- tried to watch the padres game but couldn’t find seating in the sports bar- seems like locals take over leaving no space for hotel guests.

I know the hotel is new, and some of the employees had just started working, but it was almost comical how many people who worked there did not know their way around! I recommend that you give me please a tour of their own facility. I was casually looking for the entrance to a restaurant and I asked a janitor, he said he was not sure at all. After looking around a little more, we were about 20 feet from the restaurant entrance! And then needed directions to one of the lawns for a party, I was a little lost in the hotel, and I asked the bartender, he did not know. He asked a colleague who also did not know who asked a colleague who also did not know when they gave me directions to a map. Other than that, the food was very pricey, and I felt a little captive for what to eat. Other than that, the place was clean and friendly.

My family went with my seven year-old son, and we loved it, my son couldn’t get enough from the waterpark. The opportunity was with the food, this was food that we had in the pool area, they need to improve the menu the price for the quality is not fully there. But also they are just opened and will get better.

Overrated for the price. The tv streaming services were not working. Pool is not heated and hot tub was crowded. Food was good but overpriced, there are better restaurants and bar in the area at 3rd Ave at 1/4th of the price. It was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was kind.

The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. We stayed for the 4th of july weekend to watch the big bay boom. The main reason to stay at the hotel was to take the kids to the pool and enjoy themselves. We didn't enjoy the pool cause the lazy river didn't move as much like the ones in vegas, i tried taking my drink in the lazy river and the staff said no drinks in the pool, because it was so busy they ran out of pina colada drinks and told us they stopped taking orders.Also, to navigate around the whole area is very difficult without being in the way. You think they would have a main stretch to walk on a main pathway to make it easy to navigate around. I really wanted to like this place but will most not return again.
