“First issue was that we had to pay high city tax which was not mentioned anywhere. Second issue was that when we arrived, our All-In option did not cover first day lunch so we had to pay, the same applied on departure. Hotel room was OK, nothing exceptional. The garden and pool area were well maintained and simply beautiful. The beach was as expected, all depends on sea tide, but not swimmable at any time. Hotel is isolated, so car is a must. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All-In drinks……

Personal fantastisch und sehr freundlich. Der General Manager Ajaywar sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Anlage ist wundervoll. “Clean rooms with immediate and quick room service when requested. Staff are professional and respectful. Location is a quiet and serene atmosphere. The double pool, one for kids, and the other for adults is great for family. The beach view is just 👌. Numerous beach chairs with trampoline is great. Food and waiting service is also good. A perfect get-away from the hectic and busy lifestyle.”

“The staff were fantastice. Unfortunately we cannot rate this resort better because the pool was unusable. The large adult pool was being used by a child who pooped in it everyday. We brought it to the attention of the owner who assured us they would address it. The next day the child again pooped in the adult pool. Upon check out, we watched the dad, mom and child trying to remove the poop from the adult pool for the third day in a row. We came to the conclusion that this was a daily……

“Everything to be honest. All the staff were smiley and courteous, what ever their role they couldn't do enough to help. The aspect of the property was amazing and having breakfast served personally on your terrace outside your room was a great touch. The mattress was very comfy and the bathrooms were large. If in the area again I would stay again, 100%.”

“This property is beautiful and breathtaking. The views and the finishes are immaculate. Everything was clean and luxurious. The food and the staff on the other hand were not. It took over an hour for our food and waters to come. The orders were totally wrong. 2/3 of us actually got sick because they did not listen to our food allergies. We waited 30 minutes for our bill to come. And then, after a small disagreement were told, we didn’t have to pay for food that we didn’t actually eat. It just……
