“The breakfast room was dirty and full of ants walking around the counters and on the food. No staff member was supervising the room and cleaning the tables or surfaces. When I notified the ants infestation to the staff at the reception, they not even apologied for the situation. They took a napkin (yes a paper napkin...), threw the ants on the floor and left.”
