“This place is great stay! The ambiance is jungle. It's a few minutes down the road from the main town so it is so quiet yet accessible by bike or car(they have bikes).There are only a few units so there is always space by the pool. The staff were all amazing. If you like Starbucks, they have it onsite morning and afternoon. The Continental breakfast was adequate to hold you over until you get somewhere for a meal. The rooms are beautiful. Better than expected. I definitely plan on going back to……

“Staying at this place was amazing. Its location right next to the jungle really gave it an authentic jungle feel. The building's design and amenities were great. Yes, we did miss the air conditioning a little, but they really made up for it with plenty of fans while still preserving the jungle atmosphere. The combination of the friendly and helpful staff, the location, and the unique jungle experience made it well worth the stay. We would definitely come back if we get the chance.”

“Very old school Mexican with a tiny but excellent room. Perfect fit for a trip to rural Mexico to see the pyramid and the price was excellent. ”

“Had an amazing experience! Especially the staff were so helpful! Jorge- the manager- made our experience top notch! He was such a great man! Food was delicious! Could not use the beach due to algae season but pools were great! Spa was incredible- great service. The only thing we did not like is the their sales manager’s attitude! I think his name was Scott. He was the responsible person of the membership experience. Our concierge Monica was amazing! Always smiling and very helpful! Dont forget……

“We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!”

“El proceso de checkin y checkout es muy confuso. A traves de la app de expedia no tuve respuesta, sino hasta que hable directo por telefono. Ademas de eso muy amable la recepcionista, cuartos muy amplios y limpios. Yo si volveria teniendo en cuenta estos puntos”
