The property is fully fenced and backs onto a green space. So take them for a run to Boambee Beach, one of the area's most popular off-leash parks, just a short walk from the home. Upstairs: The master retreat is accessed via the spectacular en-suite bathroom. Its soaker tub is positioned under the windows to provide a luxurious place to unwind after a long day on holiday. The remaining three bedrooms upstairs all feature ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes and plantation shutters to give that beach holiday vibe. Downstairs: The rumpus room with striking floor-to-ceiling glass overlooks the in-ground 14-metre lap pool. There is also the 5th bedroom on this level for those wanting some extra space or privacy. Sawtell is a beautiful beachside village situated on the north coast of NSW Australia, surrounded by beautiful beaches, creeks and mountains and located almost centrally between Brisbane and Sydney. Poor instructions to enter home, no instructions on how to operate fire place, remote control batteries dead, ran out of gas (no hot water on our last night and fireplace didn’t work the first night and last night/day) bath plugs didn’t work properly, some lights not working, bed frame in main bedroom fell apart, my elderly father also fell over the transparent, glass coffee table which we feel is a hazard. Too many issues to not speak up. Was supposed to be a beautiful long weekend to share with my elderly parents before our son moved to the US for college but it ended up a bit of a disaster. Serendipity proved to be the ultimate retreat for our long weekend getaway. The house very extremely clean, comfortable and large enough for everyone to have space. Pool is lovely but shallow and probably needs a sign. Weber bbq perfect for entertaining a group. The Hill Top cafe is at the top of the street for coffee. Sawtell is an amazing little spot only 5 mins drive to shopping centre. The perfect property and location for a group of couples. Immaculate property with a fantastic layout, close walk to the main shops and beach (we didn’t touch our cars the whole time we were there!).
