“Room #118 had bed bugs in it and the WiFi was not working my entire stay.”

“Building and rooms clean. Beds comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.”

“We stayed for two nights and if the drive wasn’t so far home we would have driven home straight away. The floors were absolutely filthy. My 1 year old was walking around on the floor and her feet were black. I ended up having to get down on my hands and knees to wipe the floor and the white towel ended up black from how dirty the floors were. I called to complain the first night, we were told the floors would be cleaned the next day but the floors were just as bad the second night.”

“The environment is very good, the transportation and parking are convenient, the hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service is good.”

“Our room was severely damaged like it had been broken into. The main door did not close properly and the bathroom door handle was loose and did not lock. The couch was not as shown on the website and was a major downgrade. The hotel did not have a comparable room to change us to so we had to stay in that room. Very disappointing. That room should not be used until it is properly restored.”

“This is an older property but very well maintained. The room was clean. The bathroom looked to have been recently updated. The staff was friendly. It's about 2 blocks from Bronners and an easy drive to the Main Street attractions. I would gladly stay here again.”

“Great hotel! Helpful staff! Big pool and ok breakfast.”

“The hotel was great! Room was spacious.”

“Nothing the room was nasty dirty not offer anything when I told them except sorry did not even come look or take care of the mess,”

“I waited a half hour for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. Won't be staying at this facility ever again.”

“Great location”

“I have family in Caro so when I visit I stay here. I’ve never had a bad experience.”
