“I'm selfishly hesitant to write this review due to hotel size and availability; would like the hotel to stay the same and not deteriorate from overuse. Hotel is in a great location, lobby and room decor beautiful. Atmosphere great. Mattresses not great. Hot water comes and goes. If they fix this great, but if they don't, the hotel would still be my first choice whenever I'm in PR. Love it. I'm a General Manager of a large hotel and appreciate the thought and effort taken by hotel owner and staff……

“Excellent location ! Shuttle bus is free to breaches and old San Juan. Front desk staff great upon check and offering many recommendations … the drawback is no fridge or microwave in room and the TV channel selection is terrible / very limited. ”

“The ocean view is outstanding, offering a truly unique overlooking perspective of the beach. However, the overall experience was fairly average, and the breakfast selection was not very extensive. ”

“Check-in was scheduled for 4:00 PM, but due to how busy the hotel was, we were asked to wait and come back later. We didn’t end up getting into our room until around 6:30–7:00 PM, which was a bit frustrating after traveling. That said, the hotel itself was clean and the room was decent overall. One issue we ran into was the shower door. It didn’t seal properly, so water would leak out and leave the bathroom floor soaking wet after each use. The highlight of the stay was definitely the……
