“The pictures of this room are exactly what you see in person! Clean room, comfy bed, good tv. Used the desk for miscellaneous things. Luggage rack was handy and very much needed & appreciated the bench at the end of the bed for extra space to put things/sit. Clothes hooks & hangers were handy also. Great/cute mini fridge that is bigger than most. A freeze that actually freezes things..left a big water bottle half full & and another too, forgot about them & when I opened it they were completely……

“As is every property in Puerto Rico, its over priced. But its nice, its new, the staff is excellent but the area is just ok. The bathrooms are baths, no room...but overall its very nice. But again, room rates in PR are insane lately. ”

“The food was terrible. I ordered chicken tenders and fries from the bar. The tenders looked like they had been baked and then burned in a pan instead of dropped in a fryer. They were stuck together and raw in places. The fries were baked as well. The grab and go fruit on the breakfast bar were rotten. Pool was nice, hotel was clean, staff was helpful and nice.”

“I had to plan a last-minute trip to visit Puerto Rico for family matters, and the staff at Tropical Beach Hotel were incredibly accommodating. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed and supported. Jessica, Pedro, Andrea, and Soe — thank you all for being so kind, attentive, and helpful during my stay. Your warmth and professionalism made a stressful time so much easier. I truly appreciate everything you did for me.”

“After reservation the communication was promptly, when we got there the Room was very clean. We got room#4 it's definitely a minimalist room, enough for my son and I. The staff was very helpful, we really enjoyed it.”

“Loved the ocean room view! This sits on a beautiful section of beach. There are lounges with umbrellas that are for guests only. The bar has nice drinks and good appetizers. All hotel employees are friendly and attentive. There is no parking but we found parking on the street a couple of blocks away. There are several great restaurants within walking distance. We will be back!”
