“First entry, keys did not work. WiFi did not work. I was told “it’s sometimes hard to get it on your computer. TVs are not smart TVs for streaming. Large bleach stains in hallways.”

“Location to beach and view is very nice. Tiki bar and heated pool was nice too. Really, it’d be a VERY nice place if received TLC. It’s an old establishment and it shows every bit. There has been some cosmetic updates - new faucets paint, flooring in rooms. However, entire property has seen better days. Lobby has strange smell. Food shack onsite is run down, as are the beds, linens, and rooms. The walls are SUPER thin - we heard EVERY step and move above us, outside our door, and outside patio……

“Queen size sheets on a king size bed...needed multiple blankets because they were thin...needed 6 pillows ( also thin) to do the job of 2 pillows. I dont feel paying guests should have to pay $22/ a day just to park in their garage...they take your parking out of the $250 incidental fee upon checking out...blamed it on Expedia not giving me that info before my stay. Im glad im home because the springs in the bed were so loud every time you set down on it / uncomfortable. But hey; good ocean……

“Wanna start with the breakfast was amazing! Hotel is in a great area. However during my 7 days the elevator on my side of the building was out for almost half of it . The setup of the building makes you walk a lot . Many of the doors are always locked and the scan codes don’t work . Many visitors stuck at doors and letting each other in . Hot tub was not hot for 3 of the days . Pool is not heated so was really cold but the slide is fun . I pre checked in on the Hilton app the day before . I……

“This was an amazing property to vacation. No issues. Clean rooms. Amazing view. Loved the tiki bar. Staff was very kind and helpful. Perfect spot. Prices was very reasonable at 74 a night. Highly recommend this amazing property. THANK YOU ROBIN ”

“Room was clean and nice and had a great view of the ocean. Parking was a pain because of the bar next door. There is some work going on at the Reef, so check in and out was down the road at their other location. It wouldn’t have been as much of a hassle had I known up front that it would be that way. ”
