“Everything was good with the exception of the door lock is very difficult to operate. An outdoor table would be a nice addition. Kitchen is very functional and all appliances worked properly. I would certainly stay on that property again. Water heater sprung a small leak, which I reported but no one came to fix it. We were able to manage it by wrapping towels around the leak, no big deal.”

“We showed up and the room was not ready or cleaned. It looked like someone had just left. We reached out over and over to the staff and they kept making promises they did not keep. I was even hung up on. Overall this was the worst experience of my life with this type of stay, which was not cool seeing as the entire Holiday weekend stay was setup as a surprise/gift for my wife’s birthday! Surprise honey we get to stay in a dirty room and get treated like we are the problem with horrible customer……

“Cabin is darling, kitchen fully staffed for cooking our own meals, all bedrooms had clean bedding which is much appreciated. Weather was cold and windy but we went daily to the beach because of the beauty. What we had a problem with, however, was a couple things. The water heater was not full sized so the four of us could not take showers the same day. Hot water wasn’t even enough for one shower really. The housekeeping cleaning charge was 125.00 per stay and obviously wasn’t done prior to……

“Such a beautiful home with comfy beds in every room. Loved that we were able to use the items they had to play at the beach comfortably, board games stocked and DVD player upstairs in the game room. Right on the lake was fun to sit near the fire and watch the boats go by. Bugs didnt come out till it got dark so pack your bug spray for night. Overall 10/10 definitely want to stay here again ”
