“Upon arrival, I was greeted and all seemed well until I walked into the room assigned and the ceiling was falling in across the entire room, evident there had been an obvious sign of leaking water with possibility of the ceiling falling at any minute. The smoke detector was missing from what appeared to be where one hung previously. The sofa advertised in the room was clearly not in the room. I went to the front desk to inform them and they offered no apology simply handed me the keys to a……

“Everything was awesome”

“I specifically looked for a clean hotel with a pool and a good breakfast included. All my son asked for was a pool to swim in... well, their pool was closed and according to the front desk, had been for a while. The breakfast was fine.”

“I asked for a room in front of the hotel when I arrived because I am disabled but she wouldn't give me one because they have an elevator. When we let to get dinner the close parking was taken. It was harder on me getting things in and out. I paid an extra 30.00 for my pet but they hadn't mowed thier grass which made it hard to walk him. I just feel if they allow pet's they should have a place for them to walk. The area was nice it was right up the street from all the shops.”
