“Le propriétaire m'a dit qu'il ne travaillait plus avec expedia alors que j'avais une réservation avec expedia et donc il ne m'avait pas réservé de chambre. Par conséquent il m'a logé dans une chambre de dépannage sans aucun confort (juste un matelas sur le sol). Chambre située sous le toit alors qu'il faisait extrêmement chaud (période de canicule) et chambre qui n'était pas équipée de clim ou de ventilateur. J'ai passé une nuit exécrable.”

“We enjoyed our stay here. The lady on reception was lovely. The apartment was very clean and as described. Slightly unusual being in/above a care home but totally fine. Fantastic value. We found it easily using the info provided. Only negatives were breakfast didn’t open until 7:50 so we were waiting around, and our car was dented in the carpark which nobody owned up to and car trim disappeared.”

“We spent one night here on our way to the north of France and it was very convenient, clean and comfortable. Parking is included, the rooms are air conditioned (we were there during a heatwave), everything is efficient and fuss free, the rooms are clean and it is around a 10 min drive to the center of Reims.”

“So lucky to find this lovely small family-run hotel, above their own champagne house. Clean, friendly, spacious, super views. Access to the kitchen too for tea, coffee, or preparing a picnic to have on the balcony if you chose to do that. Serene venue. We would stay again like a shot!”

“I didn’t like the fact that reception is closed at 6 o’clock and being in a hotel I would have thought it would’ve been open longer. The bedrooms were tired and bathrooms could’ve done with decorating, Breakfast was very poor cost us €60 for two adults two small children had to ask for bread,butter,plates, coffee apple juice and milk was in cartons there was three pieces of streaky bacon well done and the scrambled egg have been in there for God knows how long.We was only allowed one hot……

The hotel was beautiful with helpful staff, they make arrangements so we could have a nice stay and they also were thoughtful being my birthday they gifted a bottle of bubbly.
