"The location has an excellent view of the ocean but lacks in other aspects. The house is very spacious, but the layout is not appealing. The house has a great entertainment system with speakers throughout, but it does not work. We connected one of the systems after 2 hours of effort but the next day it did not connect. The water is barely hot enough to shower and the hot tub is useless since the water is not hot enough. There are openings at the bottom of the glass wall throughout the house so...

"I'm sorry to say but be careful booking here. They did not honor our Expedia reservation and turned us away. We Just flew in and drove from San Jose then had to find another place. Everyone was booked and drove 30 min out of town to find another place. Then Expedia tried to contact them to obtain the refund and they are not communicating with Expedia and now Expedia is not refunding me. "
