“The sink was stopped up on arrival. TV stopped working on the second day. Room above had small children who were loud , which sounded like they were jumping on and off the beds. When brought to attention of staff,we were told that until 10pm nothing could be done Also was disappointed there was no laundry facilities”

“Our room’s mini bar was nearly empty, no snacks and the fridge was bare. I called twice to have it filled and it never was. Overall the hotel is a great property, especially considering the location. Queen size bed felt smaller than a queen and the mattresses aren’t the most comfortable.”

“The hotel has a strong smell of air freshener when you walk in. Our room itself smelled like it had been smoked in and they tried to cover it up. My partnered said it smelled like they fumigated. We had to open the window up in 30 degree weather to air it out, but as soon as the window was closed, the scent came back.”
