“Professional staff. Very clean and great rooms.”

“My kids loved the pool, the grown ups loved the nearby activities and restaurants. Parking was easy. Room was spacious, clean, beds comfy. The breakfast was well stocked and very clean. The staff were above and beyond kind and friendly. My family was very happy this stay. We booked to come back as soon as we left. Also very close and convenient to the botanical gardens, the parkway, and downtown Greendale. We kept very busy. ”

“This was a great hotel and worked for traveling with a young child (age 6) who loved the indoor pool. It was January and the pool temp was wonderful and warm and the whole pool room felt tropical and warm which was a nice change of pace from the frigid cold outside. There are lots of dining options close by and it's convenient to access the freeway. The room was clean and in very good condition. It was quiet which we appreciated.”

“This Hotel is undergoing some needed updates. Staff is nice but seem very busy. Everything in the Room does work however. ”

“The shower water never got hot, and less too cold to even shower one day. Also, the hot tub jets were broken and it was gritty in the bottom. The water did not seem clean. The pool was warm and nice and the beds and pillows were great.”

“Only issue with this property was the seating proximity to the food. Very tight quarters trying to move around the line with chairs so close. ”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”

“I was pleasantly surprised with this property. We stayed in a two queen bed room. This room was large and clean with a kitchenette (an added bonus). I would definitely recommend this hotel. For the price, it was a hidden gem!”

“We chose this hotel because it had 24 hour shuttle service. When we arrived back at 1:00am and called they said the driver went home for the night. We did leave them our return flight information when we left, but they obviously didn’t check it. They eventually sent us an uber after I insisted. We were the last people left at the airport! This is disappointing because we just got done saying it was the most comfortable bed, for a park sleep and fly”

“They need a free model of the whole place the kitchen the floors the bathroom even get there windows always complaining, but I’ll never see them making changes in new furniture”
