"Very clean, plenty of natural light. Quiet location, nice size yard with sitting area and another open space by the water. The old road/boat ramp at the bottom of the hill provided a few places to fish from the bank and a great place for a quit walk/run. We were in town for a fishing tournament so plenty of room for 2 trucks and a great place at the bottom of the hill for the boat with a plug in for batteries. 2 minutes from Laurel Park boat ramp. 37 minutes from Helen, 20 minutes to town. "Spring break get away- perfect location, beautiful cottage. The location was center to all we wanted to see and couldn’t ask for more. Everything was clean, beds were comfy, kitchen had all utensils and appliances we needed. Dahlonega is truly a great destination and the trails and waterfalls near by were easy to get to. "

"We are constantly on the go with crazy schedules, this vacations spot is exactly what we needed. Kids love the fishing and hike up and down to the dock tired them out. Nearby we found ice skating, hiked stone mountain and Margaritaville had a snow tubing adventure the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to come back."
