“I was extremely upset to find that the pool was not available!! I checked with Expedia prior to my trip to insure if the pool was operational. I did call your management team and a young did tell me she would speak with Management and she did. I did not enjoy my stay!!! It was very hot!!! and we were looking forward to getting in the pool. The resolve per your team was to give me points for when in use another hotel, that will never happen!! We were inconvenienced by this and should have been……

“This hotel is decent , but once you go into your room. Which i was in a King suite. The sofa chair was awful. Lots of stains very dingy. Cushions worn out. Just look to nasty to sit on. Not sure if they renovating but who so ever ding the laminate wood floors are doing an awful job. The planks has huge gaps, just awful. Would I stay again, No But the one thing that stood out was the desk clean Adrienne she was excellent with customer service”

“Came to see a friend breakfast was closed and the door to my room was difficult to open but room was clean staff was friendly would stay there again if I ever was to visit Albany again”
