“Room was clean, although the lighting in the room was rather dim. 2 bath towels for a double queen was not enough. didn't request more, just used our beach towels. The location was convenient for our reason for stay (close to hospital) and also for shopping, gas and restaurants. The front desk clerk called me back because there was a question with my cr card. They could not get it to go through, said it had a date of 3/31/26 and they were charging on 4/1/26. either the evening or daytime clerk……

“Hallways and elevators were very dirty. Carpet tiles in hallways were coming up. Room was clean, but dated. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Pool and hot tub heaters both broken and seem to have been broken for a long time, as algae was growing in the pool after we were told we could try swimming if we wanted (kids wanted to try, didn’t do more than dip their toes in). Check-in is weird. Phone at the desk to call when you want to check in. They did come right away, but it feels weird.……

“There was a beverage can and snack bag on the floor behind the nightstand. Makde me wonder how clean the rest of the place was. The breakfast area was a mess...food on the floor, syrup, etc. on the counters, no spoons, tables full of crumbs. Location is perfect, but I would not go back.”

“Old building. Greeted upon initial entry to office by an approximate 8year old boy who spoke some English. “What do you want? Is how I was greeted. Parking right outside room. Few amenities. Linen was clean. Cheap night. Short stay.?”

“No one came to front desk, had to call hotels number to get someone. Sidewalks weren’t shoveled and were extremely hard to walk on. Our bathroom door knob was hanging off, the tv screen was blurry even after trying to adjust settings, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the “fresh” towel hung over the ledge of the bathtub had what appeared to be a blood stain on it. Worst experience we’ve ever had. This trip was not for leisure, it was a hospital stay so we only needed the room to……

“The pool was kinda crouded but they were fixing the indoor water park but the room was huge and vary clean my wife really enjoyed the fire place”

“I gave it good reviews for its value, the fact that it had a kitchenette, and it’s proximity to Granite Peak. The hot tub and the pool were well maintained and the rooms were clean and in good condition. ”

“We have stayed at the Rib Mountain Inn for many years. The rooms are great, with a full kitchen and fireplace. The location next to Granite Peak ski makes it a short walk to the slopes. With the new reservation format, there is no service, we requested more towels and papertowels and never got a response. The sauna and outdoor hot tub are out of service(skiers like hot tubs). We did not see any location staff while we were at the inn.”

“Every thing was pleasent,good location Applebees is a minute walk which helps even though the food is nothing to get excited about staff is very freindly,good tasting warm cookies and coffeevin the lobby”
