"I would have had a better rating but it was under construction for updateing which it highly needs. Bed very hard and pillows like sleeping on a lumpy bouncy ball. Staff was very nice. "

"Gross, left over drinks in the fridge, hair on the walls in the bathroom, chipping paint everywhere, 2x4 exposed to hold the cloest door up, bathtub didnt drain. When we asked for a different room we got an even worse one. We actually took our bags out when leaving in the morning to visit my dad in the hospital because we didnt trust leaving our belongings. Breakfast looked absolutely terrible, they were out of everything and still had 2 hours to go. No one around to ask. The only good thing was the coffee and even that tasted like mud! I would shut this place down, hazardous on my levels. Did I mention the unlocked outside doors that are suppose to be locked or the person working wearing her pajamas and sleeping in the back?!"

"Nobody at front desk upon arrival. Waited about 10 minutes for somebody to show up."

"The room was very clean. Staff was friendly and the night clerk was helpful with a key issue. Breakfast was very good. The only issue was the rain shower head, we were not a fan of it."

"We love staying at this hotel when we are up in that area. It is very nice to have a hotel that has a wheel in shower for our child that is disabled. The staff are always very friendly and helpful."

"In town for a funeral. Arrived to find out the King rooms (which we reserved) were ALL on the second floor and NO elevator. Not good with ambulatory issues. Agreed to a double queen room on 1st floor, but then told none are available. Put in single queen room with handicap access bathroom (not needed) with questionable cleanliness."
