“The property is unclearly labeled as having air conditioning. They have it in the lobby, but not all the rooms. This was a very important variable when we booked the hotel. Additionally, when we called the front desk about other issues, they never picked up the phone. We tried three times after letting it ring for well over a minute before having to go downstairs to speak to them directly. Will never go back.”

“We had an amazing time in one of the apartments, enjoying its space, very nicely decorated, functional with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable with its air conditioning, nice bed and sofa bed. Would definitely recommend as it’s right in the city center, close to the beach, Main Street and entertainment. Definitely a great experience.”

“The hotel is conveniently located across the beach — just a short walk from Les Planches — and offers great comfort. The $21 buffet breakfast for each adult is an absolute winner since kids eat for free. The hotel offers both a sushi bar and a French restaurant, two convenient additions when you’re tired from a day spent swimming at the beach, which is what we came for. However, we thought Trouville to be a lot livelier as a resort than Deauville, with a mix of small French town charm, beautiful……
