Luckily the water came up around the dock and we caught lots of brim which is what we went for was to fish. It was a cute house layout was a little odd with the living room on the bottom floor but we didn’t have much time for tv anyway. The house is located in a quiet cove and was very peaceful. There’s lots of sitting options to carry on conversations and build memories. We enjoyed the nice covered dock and even tried out the kayaks. Shortly after entering the water we discovered one of the kayaks was collecting water, that’s ok it made for one heck of a memory! This was a great location for grownups, I would worry about little kids with the spiral staircase. The property was clean and met our expectations. We appreciated the amenities. We were not disappointed with the change. House is very clean, property owner has wonderful communication with renters & the parking was big enough for both of our boats. We hardly passed a boat and it was nice to not see a ton of houses lining the river bank just nature. There was a river otter that hung out with us around the dock and we saw 2 bald eagles. The lake house was beautifully remodeled and well appointed. The covered dock was perfect for our boat. Electricity was located at the dock to charge batteries and keep the boat dry and ready for the next day. There’s plenty of space for a truck and trailer and an extra car. the house had Wi-Fi and satellite television. The home was very clean and had a great kitchen for family meals. So we unplugged the tv and plugged it back in and it worked fine after that. The beds are comfy, but each bedroom is on a different floor, and there are 3 floors. We felt safe and no one bothered us.
