Cozy comfy cabin

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was super cute, beautifully decorated, and totally on theme. It felt so cozy and welcoming, like a home away from home. Everything we needed was there, and you could tell a lot of thought and care went into the space. Highly recommend!

Comfy and clean

Located right off the thoroughway, I became worried it would bd noisy. However, the traffic completely stopped at night and this turned into the greatest little spot we've stayed in so far. Clean, quiet, homely feel that makes you want to copy it and build your own.

Great Little Cabin

Nice and quiet, with all the amenities we needed to hunker down all weekend and relax. There were some scenic sites, beautiful drives, and good hiking trails nearby for those wishing to venture out. Theres even a Dollar General a few minutes away for any supplies needed. Would definitely stay again.

The Perfect Weekend Getaway

Nice cabin

Overall good stay, it was a nice cabin but when we arrived it had a lot of big black carpenter ants everywhere. Which isn’t that big of a deal but maybe want to treat for them. The neighbor was not that friendly, kinda upset about whoever rents the cabin using the driveway because he said it is his driveway. Just make sure you stay as close to the cabin with your vehicles and trailers.

What a lovely country cabin!

We went for the eclipse and had a fantastic time. The cabin is exactly as pictured and advertised. It is surrounded by quiet forest with only one neighbor nearby. The back deck is ideal for hanging out with friends and enjoying the quiet. We would definitely go back!

Cozy spring break

The cabin was very clean and everything was just as described. I appreciated knowing in advance that the dishwasher was not working so we could stock up on paper goods. Debbie was very kind in her correspondence and I would recommend friends to stay at her property. The only thing that I was not prepared for was the traffic, it would have been nice to enjoy more peace and quiet. Overall our stay was great, thanks Debbie!

Great December getaway with family

We loved this cabin! It is located on the road, but it was easy for our minivan, there are lots of things to do close by, and Scenic 7 is a wonderful drive. The cabin was very clean and well-stocked. It was chilly outside but the central heater was working great. We appreciated all the towels and the kitchen supplies. We stayed with our 3 young kids and small dog. The loft upstairs was a nice way for us to spread out. The porch is fantastic and we could see the mountains since the trees had lost their leaves. There is a creek just a short walk behind the house. There are neighbors next door with two friendly fenced-in dogs and you share a parking lot. The front bedroom has the full bed and an exterior door with a lock only on the doorknob. For kid safety, we would have preferred a deadbolt at the top. We hiked several trails with our 5, 7, and 10 yo- Alum Cove and Fern Falls are close by and fairly short, Round Top trail was a bit longer, but great for mountain views and seeing Jasper from the top. There's also a WWII plane crash site and an Indian shelter on the trail. The Koen Interpretive trail is a quick but informative walk on the way to the Erbie campground north of Jasper. We spent several hours at Erbie hanging out by the Buffalo National River. We got up before dawn one morning and drove through Boxley Valley and Ponca looking for elk. We saw about 20 at the Steel Creek campground. Recommend Cliff House and Ozark Cafe! This area is just gorgeous.

Awesome cabin

We loved everything about the cabin. Very cute, comfortable, well equipped with everything we might need. The Fussballtable was great fun as well! Many great hikes nearby. It is right next to the highway, but it wasn’t a problem. Thank you for a great place to stay.

Wanted to love

My friend and I stayed at this cabin for 5 days, and while the property was exactly what we were lookin for when we decided to stay in the woods, this cabin had so many problems. Our initial problem was the fireplace not working, we could not get it to work no matter how hard we tried. We attempted multiple times to contact the manager with no answer, one number did not work at all and the other was never in service. It got so cold that by day three we seriously considered just cutting our loses and leaving. Someone was eventually sent out after sending a message thru VRBO. The fireplace could not be fixed, but we were offered another portable heater, but we were still very cold. The man who attempted to help us offered a discount for the trouble, which we accepted, but we never got this. As they say when it rains it pours, it was like the cabin was slowly breaking down, the stove stopped working, light didn’t turn on anymore, doors jammed and would trap you in rooms until someone on the other side helped. We wanted to love this place, but we honestly thought we would have been more comfortable just roughing it in the woods. The area is gorgeous, but this cabin was just not it for us. I hope they can fix these problems before the next guest arrives, and maybe it was just our luck nothing seemed to want to work, hopefully the next gues is luckier than we were.

Wonderful Cabin in the Ozarks

We had a wonderful stay in this cabin right on Arkansas Scenic Byway 7. Perfect distance between lookouts and parks. Sadly the weather didn't cooperate with us, but the cabin was very nice. The back deck is perfect for looking out into the forest and seeing the distant mountain tops. Everything in the cabin was great and worked perfectly.

Charming Cabin

This cabin was adorable and very comfortable. When we got there we were concerned about staying warm due to there being only a propane powered fireplace in the living room. But, it was perfectly comfortable even in the bedroom farthest from the heat source & not overly hot anywhere in the cabin. Everything was perfect for our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location to explore the Ozarks

We loved the property. Perfect spot to hop off and on Scenic Hwy 7. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, knives and utensils. I would suggest a sign or giving coordinates to renters. Difficult to spot, but nearly impossible when coming from the south.
