“Well designed newly built structure so we never imagined that we'd encounter bug infestation. We removed from the bedding insects that we saw but were bitten by bugs during the night. We notified management so hopefully they'll secure competent pest control services.”

“We had a great stay at Diamonds Old West! The property is so well maintained and staff was very helpful and friendly. It’s a great space for kids to run and play- w lots of options for them! It’s also quiet and peaceful for couples. The fire pit/grill was perfect for our dinner plans.”

“Older bldg. we had 2rooms, 4&9. Rm 4: bathroom floor not cleaned/hair around from previous guests. Partially used mini shampoos and conditioners which also had hair on them. There were individual pkts of shampoo I used. No hair dryer. Bed was uncomfortable/hard to our liking. TV programming was poor. Rm 9: uncomfortable bed. Bugs/insects in room. Used common areas very little. Ice maker frozen solid. Didn’t play golf because of timing. But course looked very nice.”
