You’ll have the entire guesthouse to yourself. The upscale guest home is nestled near the Green Mountain and is just a few minutes to Golden downtown or 16 minutes to Denver downtown. Quiet neighborhood with access to many walking and bicycling trails and conveniently located nearby Red Rocks Park and Amphitheater, School of Mines, Colorado Mills Mall, coffee shops and restaurants. Seven minutes walk to Light Rail Station.

The guest home is a newly build addition with all new appliances. It has it own private entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom, bedroom, laundry room, and a dedicated parking space. It's an ideal location if you want to take the Light Rail to downtown, to Pepsi Center, to Coors Field, or to the airport. It's close to the mountain and with I-70 corridor nearby, the nearest ski resort is only about an hour away.

There are lots to see any do year round from your little home away from home with all new appliances and modern amenities.

Great Golden stay!

Wonderful for a solo traveler looking for a clean, comfortable guesthouse in a safe, quiet neighborhood in the Lakewood/Golden area.I will note that because it’s connected to the main house, there are some noises that can be a little surprising, and I was awoken at night by some strange water sounds, I couldn’t place it as either it in of the night.

Single night stay

This stay was in a great location and had everything we needed. The host was excellent at communicating with me for every question and concern I had , even months ahead of time when I booked the stay. We would definitely stay again and even consider it for a longer stay as a home base to explore beautiful Colorado! Would be perfect for a red rocks show too !

Perfect Spot

We came up for a night to attend a concert at Red Rocks. The location is perfect. The place is very comfortable and suited us well. Sophia is a great host and we would not hesitate to recommend this spot.

Charming guest home close to red rocks

The host was very responsive to any questions I had, and the binder full of things to do in the area had me constantly exploring and having a wonderful time. At the end of each day I knew I was returning to a clean, and cozy guest home that felt welcoming. This guest home will be the first place I check for vacancy each time I return to the area.

Nice little place, wonderful stay!

Sophia's place worked out great for us. Nice, quiet neighborhood, cozy but spacious for two, comfy and clean, well appointed, and everything worked. Nice little touches like a Keurig with pods, seasonings for cooking, and a drawer full of little bathroom items. Even a pair of stadium seats for our Red Rocks show. Five stars all the way!

Great landing spot for Red Rocks concert

Such a clean and quiet property! Was a 10 minute drive to Red Rocks and super easy to get to! Perfect for our stay in Denver. We took a day trip to Boulder which was about 45 minutes.

Great Location

Stayed for 9 amazing days. Originally from the area. Great location to Boulder, Denver, mountains, etc. Very clean, safe and kitchen is great for quick meals if needed. The pull out couch, unfortunately, we could not sleep on for more than two nights due to springs sticking out, tilting down at head area and overall uncomfortable. Had to send two people to sleep elsewhere and we can sleep just about on anything. If more than two people, would not recommend staying for long. Otherwise, great stay.

A GREAT little place with a FANTASTIC host!

What a wonderful spot to spend our 3-week visit to Colorado! My husband and I wanted a small but functional, quiet home-base during our stay to visit friends and family all over the Denver metro area, and to ski. This guest house was perfect for our needs; it’s as close to skiing as one can get while still being in the Denver Metro Area, and we were quite happy that it was just a 5-minute drive to almost anything we needed including groceries, restaurants, gas stations, stores, a shopping mall, public transportation and local places to walk and hike. Sophia was a superior host! The attention to detail that makes for a comfortable and easy stay were all in place and that made it quite relaxing for us. It was incredibly clean, well-stocked, organized, and in a nice/quiet neighborhood. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests: including access to the laundry area, fresh towels and sheets, and cleaning supplies we could use during our stay. Some particularly nice touches included: a comfortable bed/pillows, overhead fans in living/bedroom, great lighting options throughout, comfortable barstools, an appointed parking space, a folder of local things to do/restaurants, hikes, etc., great TV/streaming system, reliable Wi-Fi, and great smelling hand soap! Perfect for solo travel!!

Sophia’s property is about a 10 min drive from Red Rocks which is absolutely amazing after sitting in concert traffic. The area is full of stores and restaurants . The property is on a quiet street & very well taken care of. Highly recommended for red rocks visitors!! Thank you again, Sophia, for being a big part in this amazing once in a life time trip.

Great place in a great neighborhood!

No complaints whatsoever. My only suggestion to the owner is a glass top on the table or a new table. It was sticky from paint.
