Revel in the allure of this remarkable 3rd-floor condo boasting three bedrooms and two baths, designed to host up to 8 guests in absolute comfort. This unit allows a maximum of 8 guests, no exceptions. The master bedroom features a king bed, while guest room 1 offers a queen bed, and guest room 2 provides 2 twin beds. Additional sleeping space is available with a sleeper sofa in the inviting living room. Embrace the expansive layout that allows for leisurely lounging.  
  
This unit is not only aesthetically pleasing with its charming decor but also functional with a fully equipped kitchen and the added convenience of a washer and dryer within the confines of your own space. Witness breathtaking sunsets from your private balcony, creating a picturesque backdrop for your retreat. Indulge in a memorable getaway at Inlet Reef 319, where the stage is set for the creation of lasting memories.

Snowbird Season runs November thru February, on a monthly basis. To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and the departure date (must be the 1st day of the month). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $150 cleaning fee. Please contact us with your interest and to further assist!  
  
Inlet Reef Club amenities include an onsite beachside pool with a hot tub, sundeck, barbecue area, and loungers for your enjoyment. There is also a fitness room with free weights and modern fitness equipment. All Inlet Reef condos have their own private oversized balcony to enjoy the beautiful view!

An easy walk along the beach will take you to the jetties, where the Gulf of Mexico and Destin Harbor meet, a spot well-known for great snorkeling and fishing. Here you can also watch boats going deep-sea fishing and returning from the gulf to the harbor.   
  
The Islander is perfectly located next to Destin Harbor, where you have access to and can enjoy a sunset dolphin cruise, snorkeling, parasailing, wave runner, and paddle-board rentals.  
  
Close by is Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate-themed outdoor playground features a 1,750 square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.

The home was amazing. New appliances and just about furnished with everything you need. There was great communication. Staying right now, however, there is construction going on that is super loud during the day from about 8am-5pm. I would definitely stay here again, just hopefully without the construction!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were excellent and the pool was great.We did report one issue, the patio sliding door wouldn’t lock, but it was repaired the next day.A couple of comments:Some rooms included complimentary beach chairs and an umbrella, but ours did not (charge was over 50/day). We’ll request that next time.Also, the floors in the unit could have been cleaner (better mopping). You may want to address this with the cleaning crew.Donn & Patti F.

Condo was very clean, very convenient to stores, restaurants, etc. 3rd floor, plenty of parking and ocean view. Walk out the back gate past the pool and your in the sand! FYI, don’t bring your own tent or canopy, HOA prohibits the use of personal tents or canopies. Must rent umbrellas and chair or use your own chairs and tent umbrellas only. Which we did.
