“The property is what others have explained. I liked it because it was quite. The kitchen was stocked well appliances, dishes etc.”

“Beautiful View. The screen door had a couple of holes in it but we were still able to keep the door open to hear there sounds of the water through out the night.”

“Our overall experience was great. While the decor and general vibe are straight out of the '80s (as you can see from the pictures), everything else was fine. The bed was comfy and the room was clean. For around $100 a night, you get a microwave, a fridge, and they even provide breakfast—so there's nothing to complain about.”

“Outside area was really dirty and mangy scroungy mats of flower pots were full of weeds Just not maintained. Room was okay bed was really noisy cuz they had some kind of plastic bed cover on the bed I guess The shower was horrible to say the least you couldn't move the shower head and we had hardly any pressure and warm water. The place definitely needs a remodel.”

“Everything is so wonderful and the family enjoy the stay so much. The only complain is probably the bed is kind of aged and too soft such that we all felt a little bit shoulder pain after waked up in the morning. By the way, the resort's Fireside restaurant is strongly recommended for future guests. The view, atmosphere, service, and the food are all excellent. ”

“To me this was a unique building with an interesting history. There is an art gallery inside and works of art throughout the lobby etc. that is definitely worth viewing. My bed was good. Some cobwebs on the pipes near the ceiling. Came with a little spider in the bathtub - was not an issue but for some maybe. Note that there is no a/c in the room that I had. The hotel is right on the ocean so unless there is a major heatwave inland, no a/c would rarely be a problem for most people imo.”

“Sand on top of both beds. I think they need to wash the green plaid blankets that are at the end of the beds as I think that’s where the sand is coming from. Other than the sand in our beds, the resort is charming.”

“Stayed one night visiting the Olympic National Park. We didn’t plan well and couldn’t find any lodging and didn’t have any expectations. The room was spacious - some kind of wood flooring👍 and the breakfast was good.”

“We could have our dog and there is a food coop next. Also cheaper than every where else and near the ferry.”

“Loved the location and view. Parking was free and is a big plus. The cabin was very clean. Didn’t like the toilet seat that was barely attached. The lovely narrow street in front of the cabin had too many speeding cars.”
