"Full Breakfast was Delicious & Fresh, Amazing Staff Clean Rooms"

"This was a horrible experience. This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and had to go purchase sheets and blankets for the extra bed because they were not provided and the front desk did not have any. The food was cold. Our room this time was nasty. The door would not unlock at first. Then once we did open it it was not secured. The pool tile was broken and the indoor heated pool was like ice. There was no pool towels. The bathroom was dirty. Our room smelt of smoke and it was non smoking. There were dirty socks in the pull out sofa. When told to managment they told me they were understaffed and did that we booked through a 3rd party so there was nothing he could do. Oh and there was previous duct tape over the peep hole. It didn't make me feel safe with my kids at all. "

"Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Carpet needs to be taken out and upgrades made. The person in the room next to us was smoking weed outside. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"“Breakfast” is just waffle, one bottle of milk and some cereal, The staff told me the rule is not to take the food out while I have 1 cup of coffee and one plate of waffle. As I had to bring that to my room to eat as it’s look not clean, doom in the dining area. "

"Nice hotel, food is always good. Too cool for the swimming. But they put lounge chairs on the sand. Very nice. Enjoyed our stay."

"We stayed for five nights and enjoyed our stay. The room was average but waking up was easier knowing a delicious breakfast was waiting downstairs. Much better than your standard hotel breakfast! The made to order pancakes tops it off. The pool area was relaxing and the staff was so nice. If we ever make it back to Gulfport this is where we would stay."
