“If you don’t want to offer smoking rooms, don’t offer smoking rooms, don’t just palm off the worst rooms to smokers. When I arrived the room was cold and I couldn’t get the heating to work. I went back to reception and the manager came over, he put the heating dials on one very specific setting and it did get warm, but only for a while then it started blowing cool again. The mattress was okay but the pillows were lumpy and it’s a good thing it was a king bed because I could at least fold the……

“Our stay at The Hampton Inn was very pleasant, from the lobby to the room, we had no complaints. The hotel is very clean, in all areas. The Continental Breakfast was great, they offer something for everyone which includes juices and coffee. Additionally they have extended hours compared to other hotel, breakfast is offered from 6-10AM. Our room was very comfortable with 2 Q beds and a sitting area, fridge and coffee maker.
