“I gave it 3 stars on staff because this is a hotel that operates essentially without staff. They email you a key code to get into your room, but there is no front desk and no visible staff on sight. I’m sure this is why their prices even while the rooms are nice.”

“It is a nice hotel and very clean. The staff who clean do an excellent job.
But if I’m honest I’ve had to work with Fairfield booking multiple times in the past and they always are making mistakes. They don’t book dates right, I have seen some be rude to customers, I have been mischarged at times.
I have to use this hotel for local events but honestly wished I had betters options just because the front desk people.

“They are currently remodeling so it was a little noisy early in the morning and woke me up at 5:30. We had a beautiful clean room and have stayed here many times.
