“The staff was just exasperated bc they have no one to work. I had to change rooms bc the first room had not been cleaned and the 2nd room I was given was "cleaned" but I had to change the sheets bc the bed has been slept in and made up over dirty sheets. NO one is there for the breakfast area and there was no coffee made bc the front desk person had nit had time to make it. Absurd. Only one lady for housekeeping had shown up for work and the only other employee was the front desk clerk. I……

“The woman who checked us in was very kind. We travelled with three children all day and tried to make it to the hotel in time to swim. When we got there we only had a half hour but she kept it open a little longer just so the kids could swim. She was a life saver!”

“As of May 2026, this place is undergoing some much needed TLC. Rolls of carpet and padding were in the exterior corridors. All guests are being booked in one general area. Elgenius was extremely concerned when I reported a non working refrigerator. We were relieved when we realized it was not plugged in. There were unopened, warm, boxed pizzas in the refrigerator. This shows the cleaning staff did not notice there were items in the refrigerator and that it was not cooling. The room was clean……
