“Parking lot had a lot of trash, no wash cloths in bathroom. 10:30 at night desk person was asleep in a chair, service only til 8:00 am.”

“Fun place to stay. Stayed in one of the wagons and it was cute. Great views all over the property. The animals are all over and visible wherever you go. The saloon was fun, food tasted amazing from the restaurant!”

“This hotel is one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in and the staff are wonderful. I almost gave it 4 stars because the bed was not super comfortable. But it was adequate and everything else was so above and beyond good that I felt like the facility would probably improve the mattress and bedding.”

I refused to stay and had to leave during a storm to the next hotel I could find where I couldn’t be checked in because their power had gone down, multiple surrounding hotels power had gone down due to the storm. “I made a reservation for a NON-SMOKING room. Immediately upon opening the door, I could smell the signs of cigarette smoke in the room. I found cigarette burns on the bathtub, where cigarettes were left on the edge of the tub. I also found a burn hole in the linen on the bed. There was no remote in the room for the TV. I talked to the individual at the front desk, and was told that all rooms of the establishment were non-smoking. There were non-smoking signs on a few rooms, but there was……

“DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU HAVE KIDS! ROACH INFESTED, DEAD CRICKETS EVERYWHERE, NO AC, BROKEN TOILET/SHOWER, BROKEN KEY PAD WITH EXPOSED WIRES AND BATTERIES, DRUG PARAPHERNALIA ON THE FLOOR.. THIS WAS THE WORST PLACE IVE EVER STAYED AT EVER.. NEVER AGAIN”

“Very nice staff although there were stains and holes on some bedding it wasn’t too bad. The rooms were very nice although tv is very limited on channels no more than 10. Parking was very convenient air conditioning very good.”

“First let me start by saying that the front desk employees did their job. But the room was AWFUL. Room 114. The bed was so NOISY that I know the neighboring rooms complained. It was the worst bed EVER. It’s like the bed was rigged to stay up. I saw roaches all over the room. They need to have Orkin come spray the rooms. Everything was OLD. There was also belongings in a drawer from a previous guest. Someone needs to inspect the rooms after the housekeepers clean because I swear I will NEVER stay……
