" Monique is a superb host and very helpful. The property has everything you could need in a small apartment. Everything was clean. The addition of an outside sitting area, free WiFi and parking made our stay special. The breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day - also included. "We felt well cared for while spending two nights at La Bonne Auberge with our German Shepard. Emmanuel, the host, had a dog bed, water dish and disposable bags in the room on our arrival. The room was nicely appointed with a very comfortable bed and nice linens. The view from the terrace was spectacular, especially at night. "The property is beautiful and has a super view of the village on the opposite hillside. The room was comfortable, large, and well decorated in a vintage style. Breakfast was very tasty. The staff were all friendly abd helpful. "

"The room was very clean and the area was quiet. We left before breakfast so no rating there. The Château restaurant was not open, perhaps because it is April? However, Ginette Restaurant was open one night and it was quite good. The location is fantastic for the cathedral. It is a bit of a walk to restaurants and shops in town but the walk is beautiful."

"Great location and a really lovely hotel. We stayed in Room 16, which overlooks the courtyard and has a beautiful view of the Citadel of Rocamadour, especially at night when it’s all lit up. Dropping our bags off was very straightforward thanks to the hotel’s drop-off point, and we were lucky enough to find parking on the nearby street. The steps leading back up to the hotel were easy enough to manage. The only slight downside was the pillows, which were a little on the lumpy side. Aside from that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it."

Breakfast is superb, parking is easy and the design and location of Les Esclargies is in one of the most beautiful locations in France. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the Medieval village and so many beautiful and natural scenery."

Matthieu was very helpful in arranging our transportation from the train station to the hotel and back. Our room has all the essentials, with the garden view, and enough space for a sitting area.
