"Clean but dated rooms. Bathtubs need replacing. The fitness room had one working treadmill and was on the small side. Several people came in and left disappointed while I was there."

"Comfortable, quiet, staff was great. Ten dollar breakfast was worth it. The only downside was the AC didn’t work all that well. Took hours to cool room down. Bathroom was well lit for putting on makeup. No electrical outlet to plugin in my iPad while in bed — thank goodness I carry extension cords."

"Room on first floor with view of alley. Room had horrible lighting. No hand soap at sink in bathroom area. Bath salts on counter. The room had a shower not a tube m. We were so disappointed, we left a day early. I also had diarrhea afrer. Eating breakfast at your hotel. We won’t be back or recommend your hotel. "

"I would never stay in this hotel again. The room smelled awful, was super humid no matter what you did and the tub wouldn’t drain. The whole room just felt dirty. The carpet was so nasty that we definitely didn’t walk barefoot on it. Once we got home we had to wash and clean everything because the humidity soaked in and everything was damp and stunk."

"Everything about our stay was good including the check-in, room cleanliness, breakfast and staff. The problem came after we checked out. We left our hanging clothes in the closet. Our fault entirely. We checked-out Sunday morning but were still in the hotel visiting with friends until about 4:00 PM. We realized on Monday evening that we had left our clothes and called the hotel. The front desk had a log that said clothes were left in our room but no other information because housekeeping had possession of the clothes. They made no attempt to contact us either that Sunday or subsequently because there are no provisions to do that; a guest must contact them. This was confirmed with a manager. How is that good customer service? You know that items were left, where they were left and how to contact the guest who stayed in that room and do not contact the guest or ever plan to. Took a 5 star experience and turned it into a one star stay."

"Great room and staff were friendly. We had an issue for 1 night with the room next door partying but security quickly sorted it and they were gone the next day. I would say that the rooms need soundproofing though, they have very thin walls!"

"It's The in a perfect location. Everything is in walking distance. There's a pool on 3rd floor with large seating area where you xan watch the Mississippi river go by. However, the hotel needs to be updated. The rooms look run down and mattress i slept on was a very old spring mattress. I felt spring popping up. Not comfortable at all. Be prepared to pay for parking. There's NO FREE parking. The valet parking is much cheaper than the paid lots. Valet was i believe 37 per day. The paid lots are over 100 for 24h. Overall I was satisfied but expecting more."
