“Very spacious house, seemingly newly renovated. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Beds are super comfortable. Great spaces on every level, inside and outside, for hanging out. So relaxing to spend the morning on the balcony overlooking the lake. Be aware that the loft has no doors, including to the bathroom, but it is privately situated in the loft. Overall a great space for a larger group. ”

“WOW. Place is gorgeous, well appointed and the hostess was amazing. Centered right in downtown, its a perfect spot for walking and sightseeing. We had an issue (on our side) and the hostess was extremely responsive and was able to help us resolve it- well beyond expectations. Will stay here next time we are in Three Oaks for sure.”

“We had a wonderful stay at The Sawyer! Great House with plenty of room and lovely amenities. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed without our having to buy extra of anything. Tim was a great host, supplying extra ping pong balls for the game room, plenty of pool toys and towels, replacing light bulbs as needed, and having every incidental on hand so we didn't have to replace anything. He even went out and bought two DVD players when we told him we wanted to play some videos we……

“Such a fun and unique stay for our Girls Wine Trail Getaway! We enjoyed the deck and hot tub in the evenings. It was nice to be able to prepare a quick meal and sit around the large dining table.3 beaches within 10 minutes. The beach towels were great and the washer and dryer were helpful. Parking was easy.The 4 bedrooms worked for us, just would have liked more hooks since there were no closets. The only shower worked but seemed to have low water pressure (a wand showerhead would be ideal) and……
