“The elevator is one of the factors for me to choose the hotel. Unfortunately on the way to elevator, there are a 5-step staircase. So I still have to carry my luggages myself. The reception did not let me know or offer any help. There was no hair dryer in my room, and it took me over 30 minutes to finally get a good one. So overall, I don’t think the price is worth it”

“I stayed in a 'Garden Access' room during this trip, which features a fully accessible path suitable for individuals with disabilities—definitely a positive aspect. However, I noticed that the booking details indicated a room size of 16-22 m². The allocation between the bedroom and bathroom seemed quite unbalanced, approximately 30% to 70%, which was a bit surprising. Additionally, it’s important to note that 'garden access' refers to ground floor rooms. Just a heads-up for anyone considering……

“Nice Hotel in Paris”

“The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was even smaller. I understand that smaller rooms are common in Paris, but this did not feel like a 4-star hotel experience. There wasn’t even enough space to fully open our luggage, which made the room very inconvenient. The hotel also did not provide bathrobes, slippers, or basic bathroom amenities such as cotton swabs or cotton pads. Breakfast was €25 per person, but it was only a basic continental breakfast. We found much better breakfasts at……

“位置方便又鬧中取靜，從陽台可以看到聖賽芙林教堂(遠一點還可看到聖母院和萬神殿的屋頂)，房間大小適中又乾淨，服務也很親切!”

“入住了四晚整體來說都很愉快，房間舒適且位置便利，遺憾因個人安排未能嘗到飯店早餐。其中一天我們為了一個較正式晚餐提前回飯店換衣服，時間大約是下午3點太太在更衣時工作人員在未敲門下忽然開門，還好當時她在門邊所以馬上阻止了。我可以理解可能是眾多巧合下造成的意外，例如房間剛好整理到一半只差毛巾未更換, 我當時進房未插上房卡, 房務備品房間剛好在對面...等。但我相信如果每次工作人員都能在敲門並詢問後再開門，這個意外就不會發生。”
