Ruined windshield
发布日期：2015年4月6日 发布在：OrbitzIt started out a great place to stay. Great service, although the room was a bit tight for 4 of us, even though it was 2 beds.
The restaurant was spectacular and the staff was friendly.
Our major problem, was it was snowing heavily and our car was valet parked for the duration of our stay, which was only 2 nights. When it came time for leaving they had brought our car around for us and had scraped our windshield of the snow that had accumulated over the days we were parked there. As we were driving down the hill and the sun started shining, we noticed our entire windshield was scratched. We called right away and notified them and they put us through to the manager's line to take care of the issue. Not sure what they used to clear our windshield with, but we now have to replace it due to the deep scratches across the entire surface. Still trying to get this settled with them. Apparently they have since replaced the first person we were dealing with to handle this.
Until, they have reimbursed us, I can't recommend this place to anyone. It really was a beautiful facility and the spa services were great!

缺点： dated in many areas.
the lodge is very nice but is due for some upgrades. Carpet in the hallways and appointments in the rooms need professional help.

The owner is letting the place run down !
发布日期：2015年3月18日Old old dirty carpet ! Paintings taken down ! Wholes in furniture upholstery! Spider webs in dirtywindows ! Staff has a what did you expect attitude ! This used to be a lovely facility! Very sad !

Very nice "Remote" lodge.
发布日期：2015年3月16日Great place if you don't want the conveinance of "ski" in/out resort. Remote lodge with breath taking views and wildlife. Would not recommend small children. Becca greeted us as if we were family. Help coordinate our excursions which were awesome - tubing in Vail and snowmobiling in beaver creek.

Short staff
